These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service, including SEO reports, tools, projects, public audits, and any information or content generated through the platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
This Service is operated by Durant Digital LLC, a Wyoming company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
You must be 18 or older to purchase subscriptions or use Business/Enterprise features, including API access.

View public reports published by the Company
Results, suggestions, and insights are generated using automated systems, AI-assisted logic, or algorithmic tools.
Reports are informational only and not guaranteed to be correct, up-to-date, compliant, or complete.
3. Public Reports Disclaimer
The Company may publish SEO summaries, reports, or analyses of publicly accessible websites as educational or informational posts.
By using the Service:
You understand that such reports are automatically generated
You agree that they are opinions of software, not professional statements
You acknowledge reports may contain errors, outdated information, or misinterpretations
You agree not to hold the Company liable for any implications related to public reporting
If you believe a public SEO Flow report contains inaccurate or sensitive information about your website, contact admin@seoflow.app
for review.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Service only for lawful and ethical purposes
Scan only websites you own or have permission to analyze
Provide accurate account information
Maintain security of your login credentials
Respect usage limits and API rate limits
Avoid misuse of lookup tools (WHOIS, DNS, IP)
Avoid scraping or automated bulk data extraction
Avoid attempts to bypass plan limits or billing
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
SEO Flow offers monthly paid plans with defined usage limits.
When purchasing a subscription:
You authorize recurring billing
You acknowledge that all subscription payments are final and non-refundable
You agree that exceeding plan limits may result in throttling or service denial
You agree to Stripe’s terms and payment processing policies
The Company may modify pricing or features with notice where required.
6. AI-Generated or Automated Data Disclaimer
SEO Flow uses automation and AI-powered tools to generate insights.
You acknowledge that:
Reports may contain inaccuracies or false positives
Metrics may differ from search engine results
Suggestions may not produce ranking improvements
Tools do not guarantee SEO results
The Service is not a substitute for professional SEO consulting
Search engines may change algorithms at any time
You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy before taking action.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Company owns:

Algorithms
Report formatting
Templates
Lookup tools and utilities
Data structures
Designs and branding
You own the reports you generate, subject to the following:
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense SEO Flow tools or engine outputs as a competing service
You may use white-label reports for client work
The Company may use anonymized analytics to improve the Service
8. API Access
Business and Enterprise plans may include API access.
You agree:
Not to abuse endpoints
Not to exceed rate limits
Not to scrape or repurpose API responses into a competing product
Not to use automated systems to circumvent usage quotas
To secure your API keys
API access may be revoked if misused.
9. Data Collection & Privacy
The Service collects:

HTTP responses
Publicly available website content

IP and request logs
Usage metrics
Sensitive content from users is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
The Service does not store full website copies unless necessary for analysis.
10. Service Availability & Limits
The Company does not guarantee:
100% uptime
Accurate or real-time reports
Compatibility with all websites
Unlimited report generation
Permanent access to previously generated reports
The Company may:
Change tools
Remove tools
Add new tools
Enforce limits
Suspend accounts violating Terms
11. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use SEO Flow to:
Perform malicious scanning or reconnaissance
Extract competitor data illegally
Bypass robots.txt or access-restricted areas
Monitor or harass third parties
Misrepresent reports as certified professional audits
Generate spam, mass crawling, or aggressive automated testing
Violation may result in immediate termination.
12. Termination
The Company may terminate accounts immediately for:
Violating Terms
Abuse of tools
Illegal scanning
Attempting to bypass limits
Payment failures
Reselling platform access
Upon termination:
Access ends immediately
No refunds are issued
Stored reports may be deleted
13. Limitation of Liability
SEO Flow outputs are informational only.
The Company is not liable for:
Incorrect SEO data
Loss of rankings
Search engine penalties
Revenue loss from misinterpreted reports
Business decisions based on automated insights
API misuse
Errors from third-party integrations
Security issues found or not found by the Service
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.
14. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
16. Changes to Terms
