This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases, subscriptions, and billing activities related to the SEO Flow platform (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. No Refunds — All Sales Are Final
Because SEO Flow provides instant digital access to SEO scans, tools, API calculations, reports, and proprietary utilities, all purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
Monthly subscription charges
Plan upgrades
Plan downgrades
Auto-renewals
Report overages
API usage fees
Branded and white-label report features
Business & Enterprise tiers
Unused report credits or unused month cycles
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with results
Inaccurate or unexpected report output
Website scanning limitations caused by your server or robots.txt
Misconfigured settings in your projects
Forgetting to cancel before renewal
Failure to use the Service
Traffic loss, revenue loss, or SEO ranking changes
API misuse or unintended automated usage
Digital services are considered delivered once your account is active.
2. Subscription Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
Monthly plans renew every 30 days
Business and Enterprise plans renew according to selected cycles
By subscribing, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method until cancellation.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel at any time via:
Your account dashboard
The billing portal provided through Stripe
The subscription management link in your invoice

)
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds or prorated credits are issued for:
Early cancellation
Partial billing periods
Unused report limits
Unused API calls
You retain access until your billing cycle ends.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
Stripe will retry charges automatically
Notifications will be sent to your email
Your subscription may be suspended
Premium features, report access, and API keys may be disabled
Access is restored when valid payment information is provided.
5. Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades
May be billed immediately
Increased limits take effect instantly
Billing cycle typically remains unchanged
Downgrades
Apply at the next renewal
No refunds for previous billing at higher tiers
Some features may become inaccessible after downgrade
6. API Usage Charges (If Applicable)
If your plan includes API access:
Overages or additional usage costs are non-refundable
The Company is not responsible for your scripts, bots, or automated workflows
You must monitor your API usage to avoid unexpected charges
Refunds are not issued for:
Misconfigured automation
Server errors on your end
Exceeding rate limits
Triggering excessive scans unintentionally
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you dispute a valid transaction through your bank (“chargeback”):
Your account may be permanently terminated
API keys may be deactivated
Report history may be removed
Legal recovery actions may be initiated

8. Exceptional Circumstances (Rare, Case-by-Case)
The Company may issue refunds only in rare situations such as:
Duplicate billing caused by a platform error
A subscription renewal charged after documented cancellation
Fraudulent transactions confirmed by Stripe’s investigation
This is not a guarantee and is entirely at the Company’s discretion.
9. Termination by the Company
We may terminate or suspend accounts for:
Abuse of scanning tools
Illegal or unauthorized scanning activities
API misuse
Excessive server strain
Violations of Terms or EULA
Attempts to bypass limits or authentication
Fraud
No refunds are provided for terminated accounts.
10. Pricing Adjustments
The Company may adjust:
Pricing
Plan features
Report limits
API quotas
Available tools
Changes will be announced when required by law.
Continued use signifies acceptance of new pricing.
