End User License Agreement (EULA) Last Updated: January 22, 2026 This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of all tools, reports, data outputs, APIs, and white-label features provided by SEO Flow (“Licensed Tools”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. 1. License Grant The Company grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Tools solely for lawful SEO analysis, reporting, research, and related business activities. This license allows you to: Generate SEO reports Download or export reports Use branded or white-label reports for your clients Access lookup utilities (DNS, WHOIS, SSL, IP, redirects) Use keyword and SEO research tools Use performance and security testing tools Access your saved projects and scans Use the API (if included in your subscription) This license does not grant ownership of any underlying code, algorithms, or tool logic. 2. Restrictions on Use You agree NOT to: Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to access the Service’s source code Use reports or data to create a competing SEO tool or platform Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform or its tools Perform automated scraping or excessive high-volume scanning Scan websites you do not own or lack permission to analyze Use the Service for hacking, security exploitation, or reconnaissance Attempt to bypass subscription limits Share login access outside your organization Share or resell white-label reports as your software Misrepresent automated reports as manual professional audits Flood servers with excessive API or tool usage Use WHOIS, DNS, or other lookup tools for illegal or abusive activity Violation may lead to immediate account termination without refund. 3. Ownership of Tools and Reports The Company retains full ownership of: All scanning engines Algorithms Tools and utilities White-label report templates Dashboard features 30+ SEO tools (SERP, SSL, DNS, WHOIS, keyword research, minifiers, validators, etc.) APIs and endpoints Branding, UI/UX, and design You own your generated reports, meaning you may: Use them for client work Export, print, or publish them Use white-label reports with your branding Include them in audits or proposals However: You do not own the underlying report engine or formatting system You cannot repackage SEO Flow as your own SaaS You cannot redistribute our tools, code, or scanning engines 4. Use of Public Reports The Service may generate public reports for educational or informational purposes based on publicly accessible websites. You agree and acknowledge that: These reports contain only publicly visible data They do not represent professional advice They may contain inaccuracies or outdated information The Company is not liable for consequences of public interpretations Owners may request review or removal via info@seoflow.app . 5. Accuracy & Limitations of Automated Reports SEO Flow reports are automated and may: Miss issues Misinterpret content Produce false positives or negatives Rely on third-party data sources Fail when websites block bots or rate-limit responses Produce outdated results due to search engine changes You acknowledge: Reports are informational only and not guaranteed accurate or complete. You assume full responsibility for verifying data before acting on it. 6. API License (Business/Enterprise Plans) If your plan includes API access, you are granted a restricted license to use SEO Flow’s API for: Internal reporting SEO automation workflows Data extraction for your own projects Integration with your agency or systems You may NOT: Resell or expose the API through another service Use the API to build a competing SEO analyzer Share API keys publicly Perform abusive, extreme, or malicious scanning Exceed rate limits or bypass quotas Use the API for unauthorized security testing The Company may suspend API access at any time for abuse. 7. White-Label Reports License White-label features allow you to: Add your logo Add your business name Deliver reports to clients under your branding However, you may not: Claim you built the scanning engine Sell SEO Flow technology as your own SaaS Host or embed SEO Flow report engines in competitor products Produce derivative tools or services powered directly by our reports White-labeling is a branding feature, not a resale license. 8. Data Rights & Confidentiality You retain ownership of: URLs you enter Project names Saved scans Exported reports The Company treats all scans as confidential unless specifically published as part of the public reporting feature. We do not use private report data to train third-party AI models. 9. Service Modifications & Tool Changes The Company may modify or discontinue tools, features, or reports at any time, including: Adding or removing SEO tools Updating report structure Changing limits for free or paid plans Adjusting algorithms or performance metrics Updating the API You agree that the Company is not liable for changes affecting your workflows or deliverables. 10. Termination The Company may suspend or terminate your license immediately if: You violate this Agreement You misuse scanning tools You exceed plan limits or abuse the platform Your payment fails You attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering Upon termination: Access ends immediately API access is revoked Reports may be deleted No refunds will be issued 11. No Warranty The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees of: Accuracy Speed Availability Bug-free operation Correct scanning results SEO improvement or performance gains Reports and tools are informational only. 12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for: Loss of rankings Loss of traffic or revenue Search engine penalties Inaccurate reports Misuse of lookup tools or public data API errors or overages Client disputes based on white-label output Security issues missed or detected by the scanner Delayed reports or downtime Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid to the Company in the preceding 12 months. 13. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction in Wyoming courts. 14. Updates to This EULA The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. 15.
